We ship your order within 48 business hours. All orders are shipped using Fedex Ground unless otherwise requested. You may cancel an order within 24 hours of ordering, after 24 hours your order has been processed and on its way.

If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, please call us at 1-800-419-0025 or email us at vita@ladolce.com. If the product you received is damaged we will replace it immediately. No other returns accepted, but we will try to earn your satisfaction.
